   Refunds will not be issued for digital products or services that have been fully accessed or downloaded. In the case of digital courses, you must submit a refund request before viewing more than 3 minutes of the course module.

   Full name and contact details
   Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
   A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
   Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days days from the date of submission.
3. Conditions for Refund
   For Course Purchases: If you have attended live sessions, participated in discussions, or downloaded any course materials, your eligibility for a refund may be voided.
   For Digital Products: If the product has been accessed, downloaded, or used in any way that prevents resale or redistribution, we reserve the right to refuse the refund request.
   For Physical Products: Products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging for a full refund. Return shipping fees may apply.
4. Refund Amount
   Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used during purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
   We reserve the right to deduct any transaction fees, service charges, or delivery costs from the refund amount if applicable.
5. Refund Denial
   We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy or if the request appears to be fraudulent or abusive.
   If a refund request is denied, you will be notified in writing with an explanation.
6. Exceptions
   Refunds will not be granted in the case of:
